• As a collective, delve into your region’s readiness for change.

• Explore how change happens, practise how to adapt to change and how to

overcome resistance.

• Become a changemaker, adapt your skills to enable your involvement in

creating new and exciting things, managing setbacks and work collectively and

purposefully with others.
